Support - database Syncler-Glossar

By support database we do not mean a classic knowledge base, which is used, for example, by support teams to answer customer queries. In our case, a support database is a syncler function that allows customers to temporarily store, save or process data from other applications. This includes various measures for data analysis, cleansing, validation, enrichment or preparatory reporting without having to work in a sensitive live environment. The processed data can either be forwarded to a peripheral system or returned to the source system.
