E-invoice Systems supported

The e-invoice connector enables companies to read, create, validate and process e-invoices in accordance with the EU standard EN 16931.

It supports the formats established in Germany: XRechnung (machine-readable XML) and ZUGFeRD (XML with an embedded PDF for human readability).

Integration into existing systems

The e-invoice connector can be seamlessly integrated into existing ERP, CRM or accounting systems, extending their functionality to include e-invoicing. No system change is required, and existing processes are automatically supplemented.

Features of the connector

The e-invoice connector handles all key tasks relating to the processing of electronic invoices:

• Reading, creating and transmitting e-invoices
• Automatic validation of every invoice via the integrated Valitool tool: errors are detected before invoices are sent or processed further
• Fully automated processing without manual intermediate steps
• Processing and dispatch as an XML file or as XML with an embedded PDF

Possible sources for file retrieval and storage: local directory (on-premises), FTP server or direct transfer via the Syncler API (SaveXML endpoint).
